COMMONWEALTH GAMES 2018- OPENING CEREMONY

Projected on a Migaloo sculpture, this epic hand painted, frame by frame animation was commissioned for the Opening Ceremony of the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
This story is a journey of Migaloo the white humpback whale, seen through his eyes. Through his POV we see him travel from the Antartica to the Great Barrier Reef. The technique of smudging each frame in photoshop across every piece of artwork, then importing into after effects was a labour of love!
